I have tried to get as much information as i can, I will update on anything
new i can add.
The Penobscot County Regional Communications Center (PRCC), is
responsible for dispatching almost all of the police departments
in the county. Known exceptions are Bangor, Lincoln, UMPD, State
Police, and Penobscot Nation. Only about half of the towns in the
county have their own police departments, the others are covered
jointly by the Penobscot County Sheriff's Dept. and the State Police.
