COM
:   Warriors Three appearance.  Odin declares the beginning of the Tournament of Titans and has the Beacon of the Brave lit on top of the Mount of Eternity to call all the champions of Asgard together for a chance to win a suit of golden armor.  Loki, still trapped with the AM in Non-Space, sees the Beacon and seeks out the Destroyer in Asia trapped beneath the rubble of its ruined Temple (JiM1 #119?).  As warriors pour into the city, Thor and the Warriors Three seek excitement, encounter Brok, Tyr, Galp, and Drom, who challenge them in the Tournament.  During the Tournament, Drom uses his powers to trick Thor and his friends and best them in combat.  For the deception, Thor issues a personal challenge to regain their standing, but the new contest is never finished because the Destroyer invades the arena.  All of the contestants attempt to stop him from reaching Odin, but it is Balder, who identifies its controller as Loki, who saves the day.  Odin uses a beam of forgetfulness on his step-son, and, at story end, declares everyone present to be the winner of the Tournament and has everyone's armor turn to gold once a year to commemorate the victory.   All other features are reprinted stories from JiM1 #s 96 and 103.
