:    Odin has consented to the wedding of Thor and Jane, and Thor brings Jane to Asgard.  Cavalry of Asgard riding to the Kingdom of the Trolls to do battle; Odin busy preparing for the conflict.  Odin makes Jane a goddess with the power of flight, pits her against the Unknown to test her.  She fails, and Odin wipes her memory of Thor and sends her to the West Coast to work for Dr. Kincaid.  Sends Thor to Gundershelm to guard the Glade of Crystals from the trolls where the Unknown is still loose.  A troll summons the Unknown, and Thor engages it in battle.  Sif joins him and together they vanquish the beast, also mending Thor's broken heart, all to Odin's plan.  In the ToA:  The Mystic Mountain Tale Pt. 3.  Warriors Three appearance.  Odin watching his son battle Fafnir in Nostrand, preparing to witness a miracle.  Thor opens a chasm with Mjolnir, and Fafnir falls in and is presumed dead.  They rescue the imprisoned Volstagg, and ride off, and, at story end, the storm and flame of Nostrand is replaced by life giving rain.

Matt returning from England, runs into uncostumed Leap-Frog who is testing his new equipment at the airport.  Foggy and Karen worried about Matt (who disappeared in issue 23) and they've opened a letter from Spider-Man which identifies Matt as DD.  Matt already has a story to explain away his absence, but is forced to create "Mike Murdock" and ID him as DD to counter Spidey's letter.  DD battles Leap-Frog and loses the first time.  Foggy and Karen meet "Mike".  In their second battle, DD beats Leap-Frog and hands him over to police.  At story end, Nelson and Murdock get a letter asking them to represent Leap-Frog in court.  Tri-Man appears only in flashback.

:    IM in Mandarin's Castle in China rescuing Happy (who had been posing as IM when kidnapped) from Mandarin, beats him bare handed, rescues Hap and sends him off to the US base in Okinawa.  IM redirects Mandarin's missile back down on his castle.  M tries to disintergrate IM at the last moment, but is caught in the blast that destroys the Castle at story end.   In Cap's feature:  SHIELD appearance.  Cap breaks into the Yashanka Arms Research Center.  to smash the Z-Ray.  He locates AGent 60, but the man is folding under pressure, and Cap proceeds with the mission alone, facin g the worst the YARC has to throw at him, including a Solar Gun, Phosgene Gas, and the Beeper Dogs.  Finally cornered, Cap is saved by Agent 60, who is killed as a traitor.  At story end, Cap destroys the Z-Ray, and the resultant explosion destroys the facility.

In Hulk's feature:  Abomination still has Betty, Ross has  the unconscious Hulk revived, no longer under Stranger's control. Banner modifies his Infinite Weapon Ray to emit Infra-Gamma Beams to attract and immobilize the Abomination.  It works and the Hulk pastes him a few before the Stranger takes the Abomination with him into space as his champion at story end.

:    Swamp Men appearance.  Namor returning home from the Savage Land.  Atlantis still believes Namor has sided with Plunderer.  P attacks Atlantis, and a US sub gets in the way.  They think Atlantis is attacking them and use depth charges.  P's sub is scuttled and he abandons his crew and gets away.  The depth charges his Atlantis and Namor is knocked unconscious, just at the Atlanteans launch a counter offensive toward the surface at story end.    In Hulk's feature:  Legion of the Living Lightning appearance. Duped Hulk is attacking Gamma Base for them.  They still have Talbot.  Ross stops the Hulk with gas, but LotLL captures Betty and they hold the base ransom.  Forcing Ross to surrender the base on national TV, and they put Betty in with the Hulk as leverage at story end.

:   Circus of Crime appearance.  Thor, still without his Thundergod powers, has recovered from the Ringmaster's hypnosis in the middle of stealing a solid gold bull, and gives himself up to the police after saving PP.  The CoC escapes, despite PP's protests to help Thor.  Odin frees Loki from his imprisonment to the protests of Sif and Balder.  Loki goes to Earth in disguise and posts Thor's bail.  Thor sees through the disguise, and they battle one another.  But the fight is heavily one sided with Thor's lack of power, and Sif and Balder disobey Odin and go to rescue him.  Odin is PO'd, and, at story end, hurls a bolt of energy at them that removes all their powers.   In OotI:  Origin of the Inhumans Pt. 2.Sentry travels to pre-historic Attilan to check-up on the Kree experiment of "Evolutionary Speed-up".  He speaks with King Randac, who has just become the first to experience the altering powers of the Terrigen Mists, about their advancement since the experiment was begun, referring to their race as the Inhumans for the first time.  Randac proclaims that all of his people will experience the Mists, and the Sentry is satisfied with their progress.  At story end, he departs, but wars them about their next meeting with the Kree.
