Standing Rules

     1. When accompanied by a member, guests may visit the Club Rooms three times during the club year, which is from the first Wednesday of October to the fourth Wednesday of April, inclusive. Each member bringing a guest(s) shall sign her own name and the name(s) of her guest(s) in the guest book and pay the price of the luncheon.

     2. Each member may have up to five guests at a regular luncheon meeting. The member shall be responsible for making and paying for the reservations of herself and her guests. The dining room chairman shall assign seating for this member and her guests when the party numbers between 4 and 6 or more (see section 3).

     3. Once a year, when the club hosts a special event or program (such as a fashion show, play, etc.) members may bring as many guests as desired. Reservations, payment and seating shall be in accordance with Section 2.

     4. The luncheon tickets shall be the same price for members and for their guests.

     5. Meetings of the Club are held weekly from the first Wednesday of October through the fourth Wednesday in April.

     Luncheon, Program and Board Meeting - 1st Wednesday 12:15 P.M.

     Bowling - 2nd, 4th, and 5th Wednesday 10:00 A.M.

     Bridge - 4th Wednesday 9:45 A.M. (through March only).

     Luncheon and Program - 3rd Wednesday 12:15 P,M.

     Cards may be enjoyed each Wednesday.

     6. Members may make permanent luncheon reservations for the year. Or Reservations must be made by noontime of the Monday preceding a luncheon meeting.

     7. Members are responsible for paying all reservation fees unless canceled by Monday noon.

     8. All Members, unless physically unable to participate, are expected to serve at luncheons twice a year, when called.
